Phlanka.com Terms of Service

Welcome to Phlanka.com (“Website,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing any digital product or subscription from our Website, you agree to these Terms of Service (“TOS”). This agreement is legally binding and governs your access to and use of our products and services.
1. Products and Licensing
- We offer digital products, including monthly subscriptions and lifetime licenses.
- Subscriptions grant access to the purchased product for as long as payments are active.
- Lifetime licenses grant indefinite access to a product.
- All products are licensed for personal and commercial use but may not be resold, redistributed, or shared unless explicitly stated.
2. Subscriptions and Recurring Payments
- Subscriptions automatically renew every billing cycle (monthly) unless cancelled.
- By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically each billing cycle.
- Payment processors available: Stripe and PayPal.
- Your billing descriptor will appear as “DAYZ-PRO-BUNDLE – MONTHLY” or “DAYZ-BASIC-BUNDLE – MONTHLY.”
Subscription Cancellation
- Cancellations must be done through your payment provider:
- PayPal: Cancel via your PayPal account under “Manage Subscriptions.”
- Stripe (or direct card payments): Cancel through your bank’s mobile app or by contacting your card issuer.
- Alternatively, you may request cancellation by opening a support ticket in our Discord. Cancellations through Discord are processed within 24 hours.
- Canceling stops future charges but does not issue refunds for the current billing cycle.
- You will retain access until the end of the paid period.
3. Refunds and Chargebacks
- Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable.
- A refund is only considered if:
- You made an accidental multiple purchase of the same product.
- You have not activated your product key (this is logged with dates and times).

- Unauthorized chargebacks will result in the immediate termination of your license and access to all products.
- If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact support before disputing with your bank.
4. Payment Authorization & Terms Agreement
By purchasing a subscription, you expressly acknowledge and agree to:
✅ This is a recurring subscription and charges will continue until cancelled.
✅ You authorize Phlanka.com to charge your payment method automatically.
✅ Cancellations must be made through PayPal, Stripe, or your bank before the next billing cycle.
✅ Refunds are only provided for multiple accidental purchases or unactivated keys.
5. Privacy and Data Protection
- We collect and store necessary customer data to process payments and deliver services.
- Your data is handled in compliance with our Privacy Policy and is not shared with third parties outside payment processors.
6. License Termination
We reserve the right to terminate access to any user who:
- Fails to make subscription payments.
- Attempts to share, resell, or distribute our products without authorization.
- Initiates fraudulent chargebacks.
7. Modifications to Terms
- We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes agreement to the updated terms.
